Cress grows easily from seed sown directly in the garden and forms an
excellent ground cover in various shades of blue and purple.
Select a sunny location with rich soil and plant after weather warms.
For earlier blossoms start seeds indoors 4-6 weeks before last frost.
Locate in well drained soil. Shear after flowering to keep compact.
Protect plants with mulch where temperatures from below 5 degrees F.
