on strong stems. Asters are one of the most popular cut flowers for
long-lasting bouquets. The easy-to-grow upright plants will continue to bloom
throughout the summer.
Select a sunny location (tolerates light shade) and plant, outdoors in rich,
well drained soil after all danger of frost is past. For earlier blossoms,
start indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost. For successive blooms, plant at 2
week intervals.
