indoors year 'round. Some say oats aid feline digestion and eliminate
hairballs. Whether or not that's true, cats do love to nibble sweet,
young oats. And once they start, they want to make it a regular part of
their day. Some report that since they started growing Old's Oats for
Cats, their cats leave their houseplants alone, preferring the oats instead.
Of course, once cat-lovers grow Oats for Cats for their feline friends, they
don't want to stop either.
Oats for cats are easy to grow. Just fill a shallow bowl or saucer with
moist potting soil, sprinkle oats over soil at about 10 seeds per sq inch.
Lightly press seed into soil and keep moist.
